Josh Egan’s technical team continues to take shape as we welcome Tom Parrinello to Brislington FC as Assistant Manager.

A UEFA A Licence coach with an outstanding football pedigree, Tom brings a wealth of experience to the club. During his playing career, he represented Weston-super-Mare and Gloucester City before moving into coaching, where he managed Bristol Rovers Under-18s and Reserve sides.

Tom also reunites with Josh Egan, having previously worked alongside him at Roman Glass, adding further strength and continuity to the management team ahead of the new season.

Speaking during a welcome meeting with committee members this week, Tom shared his enthusiasm for the challenge ahead:

“I’m delighted to be here. Briz is a club with huge potential, and after hearing the club’s project and the work going on behind the scenes, it feels like an exciting place to be at. The opportunity to work with Josh again made it a really easy decision. I’m looking forward to getting started.”

The appointment is one Josh is particularly pleased to make, believing Tom’s arrival will have a significant impact on the squad both on and off the pitch.

“Tom’s knowledge of the game and his tactical awareness is something you very rarely come across in football. We are extremely lucky to have him come and work with this group, and they will be even better players for it.”

Everyone at Brislington FC would like to welcome Tom to the club and wish him every success in his new role.
