JORDAN SCHOFIELD DEPARTS

Brislington Football Club can confirm that goalkeeper Jordan Schofield has left the club.

Jordan has been with us since the start of the season, before suffering an injury back in September. He originally joined the club last year during a crucial period when we faced back-to-back goalkeeper injuries. Jordan stepped in, became our number one, and stayed with us through the end of last season and into this campaign.

Jordan was always a brilliant presence — committed and fully invested in the club and the lads.

Manager Matt Lewton:

“Jordan’s attitude around the club has always been superb. He’s been a credit to himself from day one. Unfortunately, the role of a goalkeeper is a tough one — injuries change things quickly, and once Jordan was sidelined, we had to explore other options to keep the team moving forward.

On behalf of everyone at the club, I want to thank Jordan for his commitment and professionalism. We wish him nothing but success for the future.”
