As we approach our 70th anniversary, Brislington FC is entering an exciting new chapter. We are an ambitious and growing football club, proud to champion our local BS4 football community and committed to building a sustainable future both on and off the pitch.

With strong foundations, a clear identity, and a passionate community behind us, we are now looking for the right manager to help lead the club forward into its next era.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We are seeking an emerging or established manager, ideally with experience at Step 5 level, who can align with the club’s ambitions, values, and long-term vision.

The successful candidate will be:

• Ambitious and motivated to grow with the club  • Open-minded and forward-thinking  • Professional, enthusiastic, and driven by a strong work ethic  • Passionate about championing the club both on and off the pitch  • Understanding of a sustainable model to league progression and development  • Aligned with our vision of being a community-focused club  • Able to embrace and develop our identity and culture as a progressive football club  • Capable of building a competitive, committed, and hard-working squad  • Experienced in recruiting and retaining players with the right attitude and character  • Able to develop and improve players within a positive environment  • Committed to playing competitive football that reflects the club’s ambitions  • Strong in creating togetherness, standards, and accountability within the squad
