70 Years of Stripes. Introducing the new 26/27 Home Kit
For this season, Brislington Football Club celebrates 70 years of wearing stripes.
Designed by our Art and Design Residency team and brought to life by VX3, our new home kit takes inspiration from seven decades of Brislington history, looking back through the club's archive to create something that feels both familiar and new.
At the heart of the design are the stripes.
Throughout our history, Brislington have worn stripes in many different forms. Wide, narrow, bold and understated. The new kit embraces that evolution, incorporating different stripe widths inspired by the many shirts worn by the club over the past seven decades.
The shirt also features a retro tape pattern inspired by a historic BFC banner, bringing another piece of the club's visual history into the design.
There are further references throughout. Text details and retro touches give the shirt its character, while the collar takes inspiration from classic football kits of the past. A subtle pinstripe pattern also references the quartered kit worn by Brislington in 1957 — connecting one of the earliest chapters of the club's history with its 70th anniversary season.
A shirt, built from the details, stories and designs that have shaped the club over 70 years. Created through archival research by our Art and Design Residency team, and made by VX3, the 2026/27 home kit is a celebration of where we have come from — and a reminder to keep forging our own path.
70 years of stripes.
